The FKI Logistex GS100 palletizers provides a low-cost, high-quality, and high-reliability option for low-speed palletizing applications. The GS Series is also a cost-effective alternative to manual palletizing. The series includes the following models:
GS Palletizer Specifications

  • One piece heavy duty welded frame constructed of 6.35 mm (0.25 in) thick formed plate.
  • Metric design
  • Modular design with multiple standard layout configurations.
  • Speeds up to thirty (30) cases/minute.
  • Pattern Utility allows new patterns to be created and stored from the touchscreen Operator Interface Terminal (OIT). One pattern will be pre-programmed and shop tested, prior to shipment.
  • Premium drive components.
  • Lift and separate pallet dispenser, 10 pallet capacity (GS140 model).
  • Air-cushioned case turner, 54 mm (2.125 in) roller centers and a pitched apron.
  • Motor drive row pusher.
  • Advanced operator interface utilizing a graphic touchscreen for diagnostics and set-up information.
  • 460 VAC, 3 Phase power - 24 VDC controls
  • NEMA 12 control enclosures
  • Maximum 181 kg (400 lb) layer weight
  • Maximum load size 1270 mm L x 1270 mm W x 1676 mm H (50 in L x 50 in W x 66 in H), depending on case and pallet height
  • Case heights between 102 mm – 406 mm (4 in - 16 in)
  • Case Length / Width diagonals between 203 mm – 635 mm (8 in – 25 in)
  • Two-part solvent based epoxy paint, medium gray.
